Return Policy

At Meadow Lane Boutique, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy regarding returns, non-returnable items, and store credits.


Return Period

Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving their order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • Original tags attached and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned with smoke, pet, perfume odors, and stains will be refused.


Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, customers must contact us at Meadowlaneb@gmail.com and provide:

  • The item(s) being returned

  • The date of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and assume liability until the item is received by us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

All orders should be inspected upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must notify us immediately at Meadowlaneb@gmail.com so that corrective action can be taken.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance merchandise

  • Pre-order items (as these are custom-ordered)

  • Gift cards (non-refundable, no cash value)


Refunds & Store Credit

We do not issue monetary refunds. Once a return has been received and approved, customers will be issued a store credit for the value of the returned item(s). Store credit may be applied toward any future purchase.
