Shipping policy

At Meadow Lane Boutique, we strive to process and ship your orders in a timely manner. Please review the following policy regarding order fulfillment and shipping responsibilities.


Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days prior to shipment.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Once processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when your order has shipped.

  • Items are available for immediate shipment while supplies last. Once sold out, all additional orders will be considered PREORDERS.
  • PREORDER items will ship separately from in-stock items and will ship within approximately 2 weeks unless noted otherwise. All preorder sales are FINAL. 

Shipping Responsibility

  • Meadow Lane Boutique is NOT liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking shows acceptance by the postal carrier.

  • Most standard shipments are not insured by the carrier. Customers assume the risk once packages are in transit.

  • Any concerns regarding lost or stolen shipments should be directed to the carrier using your tracking number.
